1. Product Issues & Discrepancies
Reporting Discrepancies:
Report any discrepancies or defects within 2 days of receiving the product. Please provide evidence, such as photos or detailed descriptions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
2. Returns
Return of Product:
Products must be returned in their original condition and tags.
Partial Refunds:
If only part of your order is returned, we will issue a partial refund for the returned items only.
Shipping Cost:
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed for the return of the product. Refunds processed will be adjusted for shipping costs.
3. Exchanges
Exchange Policy:
You may opt for an exchange, subject to availability.
Reimbursement of Shipping Costs:
We will reimburse shipping costs for pick-ups for exchanging the product. You may share the proof of shipping costs.
4. Pick-ups
Pick-up of Product:
We will try to arrange a pick-up within 7 days, if we cannot arrange a pickup, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.
5. Refunds
Processing of Refund:
Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
Changes to Refund Policy:
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Please review it frequently.
6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation may not be possible.
